Fosters Fotography
Fosters Fotography has a long history in the photography business. Like many photographers, the interest in photography started as a kid and grew from there. I started taking photos for several area newspapers and many photos for the school yearbooks during my high school years. It was during my Sophomore year in high school that I was asked to photograph a wedding. So, like most photographers, I photographed my first wedding for a young couple that could not afford a "real" wedding photographer. We all survived that first experience and soon others were asking if I could photograph their weddings. That was in 1969, now 35 + years and over 1100 weddings later, Fosters Fotography is still photographing weddings.
There have been many changes over the years. The equipment has changed, the hair styles and clothes have changed, but the need for quality photography at a fair price has never changed.
Among the many changes has been the development of Fosters Fotography into a second generation family business. Bradford, my oldest son has had a lifelong involvement in art and photography. That interest in photography has brought him to a full time career at Fosters Fotography for the last several years.
With the many changes in the photography business over the last 30 years, it is important to bring new ideas and energy into the creation of your wedding memories. With the use of DVD proofing, website viewing and ordering, image manipulation like never before possible and so many more changes, it is more important than ever to work with a photographer that is on the cutting edge of the latest technology, but not forget the traditions and emotions involved in capturing wedding memories to last for generations to come.
